Welcome to Rollins College Panhellenic’s primary recruitment registration. We are glad you found us. If you want to feel connected, supported and encouraged, sorority life is for you! Registering for primary recruitment is the first step to finding your home in the sorority community on campus. 

Here at Rollins Panhellenic, we believe everyone has a purpose to discover, possibilities to explore, needs people to thrive, and a place to belong. 

We want to educate and equip you to embark on your journey as a potential new member (PNM). You should feel confident as you participate in recruitment. 

We are so excited you are interested in joining our Panhellenic community! Please make sure to fill out this registration form in detail! 

Recruitment Schedule:

You will receive a complete and detailed schedule on the night of orientation, but below is a very general overview of the schedule for the week. Please note that due to intersession courses taking place the same week, recruitment events do not begin until at least 3pm each day, except for bid day. A more detailed schedule will be shared at the end of the semester. 

Sunday, January 7th:  PNMs arrive back to campus

Monday, January 8th: PNM Orientation

Tuesday, January 9th: Round 1 - Values Night*

Wednesday, January 10th: Round 1 - Values Night*

Thursday, January 11th: Round 2 - Philanthropy Night

Friday, January 12th: Round 3 - Sisterhood Night

Saturday, January 13th: Bid Distribution & Bid Day

*Round 1, Values Night, has been split into two evenings* 

Please note: students are not permitted to miss academic or athletic commitments for recruitment related activities. You will be able to submit schedule conflicts and more information will be shared about that at the end of the fall semester.

Early Move In:
Students that have registered for recruitment and are eligible to participate in the process will be allowed to return to campus starting Sunday, January 7th. We will submit the request on your behalf to RLE once you register for recruitment.

*If at any time you decide to no longer participate in recruitment before Sunday, January 7th, you will not be permitted to move back early.

Registration Payment:

There is a registration fee of $40. Please make sure to complete payment of the registration fee by Friday, January 5th. The link for payment will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation.
