Welcome! We are so excited you are interested in joining our Panhellenic community! Please make sure to fill out this registration form in detail! The registrations are shared with chapters after winter break.

Registration for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment will close on December 16th. As we have to submit early move-in requests for residential students at that time. 

Recruitment Schedule:

You will receive a complete and detailed schedule on the night of orientation, but below is a very general overview of the schedule for the week. Please note that due to intersession courses taking place the same week, recruitment events do not begin until at least 4pm each day, except for bid day. A more detailed schedule will be shared at the end of the semester. 


Tuesday, January 10th: PNM Orientation

Wednesday, January 11th: Round 1 - Values Night*

Thursday, January 12th: Round 1 - Values Night*

Friday, January 13th: Round 2 - Philanthropy Night

Saturday, January 14th: Round 3 - Sisterhood Night

Sunday, January 15th: Bid Distribution & Bid Day

*Round 1, Values Night, has been split into two evenings* 

Please note: students are not permitted to miss academic or athletic commitments for recruitment related activities. You will be able to submit schedule conflicts and more information will be shared about that at the end of the fall semester.

Early Move In:
Students that have registered for recruitment and are eligible to participate in the process will be allowed to return to campus starting Sunday, January 8th. We will submit the request on your behalf to RLE once you register for recruitment.

Registration Payment:

There is a registration fee of $35, which increases on December 11th. Please make sure to complete payment of the registration fee by January 6th. The link for payment will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation.

Informational Sessions: 

Panhellenic Council is hosting informational sessions throughout the course of the semester. All students who are registering for recruitment are required to attend at least one of the sessions below: 

  • Tuesday, November 1st at 7:30pm 

  • Thursday, November 17th at 6:30pm

  • Wednesday, November 30th at 5:30pm
